Unlike Big Pharma, I cannot make health claims, but here are what people are using these herbal salves for and the benefits they are reaping. I am not a doctor. This is not medical advice. Please follow the advice of your doctor or licensed health care provider.

Arnica & Comfrey Salve, 2 oz.
Tallow and Olive Oil infused with Arnica (Arnica montana) and Comfrey (Symphytum officinale), Beeswax.
People are saying this salve helps their arthritis pain and that they can move around better after using it.
Arnica and Comfrey are also good to heal bruising and tissue damage under the skin.
The scent is a subtle, almost weedy, herb smell.

Jamaica Dogwood, St. John’s Wort & Prickly Ash Salve, 2 oz
Tallow and Olive Oil infused with Jamaica Dogwood (Piscidia piscipula), St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforaturm), and Prickly Ash ( Zanthoxylum americanum), Beeswax.
Both Jamaica Dogwood and Prickly Ash have been used throughout the generations for pain. Prickly Ash is even nicknamed the “Toothache Tree”. St. John’s Wort, infused in oil and used in this topical form, is good for nerve pain and has more of a sedative effect than a tincture, which many people use for depression.
I made this to treat my own excruciating sciatica and have had good feedback from other sciatica sufferers. Before using it, I would be up in the middle of the night because of the pain. Even a preliminary version, without the Prickly Ash, knocked me out and I was able to sleep through the night.
Use caution during the day because it can make you very sleepy.
The scent is a subtle, woody smell.
